DIRTYBIRD Announces Lineup for Second Birdhouse Festival

With Claude VonStroke, Walker & Royce, Mason Maynard, Chambray b2b DJ Deeon, VNSSA and a Special Guest

Tickets on Sale: http://bit.ly/birdhousefestivaltix

On September 7th, Dirtybird presents the second installment of Birdhouse Festival in Chicago! Last year was a huge sold-out success.

This year we’ll be welcoming: an extended set from none other than the boss man himself, Claude VonStroke, as well as a B2B with a Special Guest. Our favorite Dirtybird duo Walker & Royce will be joining us, as well as Mason Maynard, Chambray VS. DJ Deeon, and our girl VNSSA!

On an all-new grassy location right on the shores of Lake Michigan, the festival will continue to combine classic Dirtybird vibes and old school street fair games and activities.

Birdhouse will take place outdoors in the late summer sunshine, just before the fall temperatures drop and everyone gets ready for winter jackets. The festival features solo performances and incredible B2B Dj sets (some honoring Chicago’s amazing artists). The music goes hand in hand with cotton candy, corn dogs and signed Dirtybird prizes. Local Chicago dance crews will get a chance to strut their stuff on stage during the sets, adding to the show.

About Dirtybird

DIRTYBIRD has been dropping basslines and creating smiles on the dance-floor since January 2005. The iconic bird logo was derived from a drawing Barclay Crenshaw (aka Claude VonStroke) used to draw when he was a kid to make his little brother laugh. Since creating it, VonStroke has A&R-ed some of the most influential house music producers in the world. A short list includes Justin Martin, Catz 'n Dogz, Julio Bashmore, Riva Starr, Breach, Shiba San, Eats Everything, J Phlip, Style of Eye, Kill Frenzy, and many many more... most of whom had their very first records and even created their artist names for the label.
